Achilles tendon issues

Achilles problems can reduce your function and mobility. Tendinopathy generally results from the tendon being tight and getting over-stretched when you move. Exercises can help improve flexibility and strengthening of the Achilles tendon which helps relieve/manage symptoms, allowing you to be more active.

Ankle instability

If you tend to roll your ankle, then some strengthening and balance exercises can help stabilise the joint.
