Shoulder pain

For shoulder conditions like frozen shoulder and bursitis a lot of the symptoms are associated with muscle stiffness and decreased range of motion of the shoulder. This places a lot of strain on the muscles and also leads to inflammation of the bursa causing pain. Exercises can help improve flexibility and improve range of motion which reduces the pressure on the muscles and joint.

As a result of shoulder problems you may not use the shoulder as much as normal. This can lead to muscle weakness which then places a lot of strain on the muscles and the joint. Safely strengthening of the shoulder which helps improve strength and the stability of the shoulder.
